Action Projects

The presentation that really had my attention was the project on stem cell research. I began to ponder this topic when the presenter started to talk about the regrowth of teeth, skin and eye tissue. It left me worndering if research (if any) of stem cells for brain regrowth is occuring. This relates to me becuase my step grandma was kicked in the head by a horse when I was younger and I never really got to know who she was before the accident. If the research was proven affected in a certain amount of cases could they ever be the same as before? If we can regrow skin using the treatments why not spinal cords and brain tissue? Or is that even stem cell research? These question began to wonder around in my head as the presenter was speaking.
